We are a community clinic that serves anyone seeking affordable preventive health services. We accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, CHP+ and Medicare. All of our family planning screenings are available on a sliding fee scale for uninsured and underinsured.
Community Health Services contracts with Pitkin County Public Health’s communicable disease prevention strategies to provide Tuberculosis (TB) testing, treatment and patient navigation. CHS also offers Rabies vaccines in response to animal bites.
Our dental programs provide quality preventive oral healthcare from Aspen to Parachute that includes the newest therapies to treat and prevent oral diseases. - Therapeutic Dental Cleaning - Periodontal Exam - Oral Cancer Screening - Caries Prevention and Treatment We assist clients in finding a dental home, refer clients for dental needs and help find financial assistance when possible.
In partnership with All Valley Women’s Care, Aspen Valley Hospital’s Birth Center and Eagle County Public Health, the prenatal program at CHS provides moms and families with access to patient centered maternal health opportunities for optimal pregnancy outcomes.
Community Health Services offers high quality confidential testing, education and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STI) such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV and oral HPV.
1 in 3 Women will get cancer in their lifetime. In partnership with Women’s Wellness Connection and Aspen Valley Hospital women who live in Colorado and meet the eligibility requirements have access to free screenings like mammograms. We are here to help you stay up-to-date on life-saving preventive breast and cervical cancer tests, provide treatment and offer patient navigation. CHS is now offering BRCA1 & BRCA2 genetic testing and oral cancer screenings!
